100% Linen Tea Towel, including printing
A high quality all Linen tea towel is used as the base product. This product is 100% Linen and a heavy-weight material.
As such, it is stiffer than the 100% Cotton or 50/50 Cotton/Linen blended tea towels.
Whilst the material is premium, the nature of the fabric means the print result will not be as vibrant compared to the 50/50 Cotton/Linen blend.
When printing with DTG Digital printing, printing a white underbase is not recommended as the weave of the fabric is very open and not a consistent weave.
Even though it is a three-layer process, the ink falls through the weave, resulting in the print having a dot-like appearance.
